Choosing the right style of clothes can be very important if you are overweight or obese. Most of the clothes which are available in the plus sizes sections are either too lose on you or too tight. So here are a few tips to look smart while your fat is not bulging out of your clothes.

If most of your weight is on your middle body area, for instance you have excess weight on your stomach, lower abs, and love handles, then you should try wearing clothes which are lose from that area. Do not wear fitted jeans , try wearing skirts and longer shirts which will hide that area. Make sure you wear a tight undergarment underneath so that the fat does not look like it is in layers, but rather one solid portion. Try wearing longer, shirts with skirts.

If most of your body fat is on your shoulders, upper bust area, then you should try wearing clothing which is loose from the top. Try wearing scoop necks, v necks. Do not wear halters or tube tops. You can wear skirts, jeans and enhance your middle portion rather then your upper body. If you have more fat on your butt and thighs then skirts are your thing. Wear skirts since they are tighter from your waist and smoothly curve your rear end.

Do not wear fitted skirts or fitted jeans. Cotton pants or silk pants will also make you look leaner. Make sure you try every piece of clothing before you buy it. See how it looks on you, do not go for the look of it in the magazine or someone else. Try a couple of different sizes and pick the one which you think makes you look elegant and smart. You do not have to hesitate to experiment with different styles of clothing if you think you can pull it off go ahead and wear it. But make sure you make a trip to the trying room before you step out to the cash register.

This is, simply put, the best bra out there. It is the only that has every held me up properly. For some reason, I’m heavy in the bust area, and this is the only bra that has ever worked for me. It is, in fact, the only one I ever wear. I recommend it highly to everybody. Simply put, it works!

Love this bra. I’m a hard to fit 32D and this bra is comfortable, it fits, and it gives great support. I’ve never written a review before. Then again, I’ve never worn a bra that made me say WOW before as soon as I put it on. Playtex, keep making great things! Just wish you would make more in my size.

5 Stars Fantastic dress, flattering for curvy figures!!!!
When I first ordered this dress, it came with an ink mark on the front of it. I contacted the company, and they sent me a replacement the very next day. The company was FANTASTIC to work with.

I am very curvy and have a hard time finding things big enough on the top and small enough on the bottom. I ordered a size larger than normal to make sure there was enough fabric in the bust. The bust actually needed to be taken in some, and was tailored and fit perfectly! The skirt of the dress was extremely long. I thought about hemming it up, but the dress looked very elegant at floor length, so I left it. This was an amazing dress. I felt great, looked great, and got tons of compliments on it!

The color was also very rich and shiny, just like the picture.

I had to get this tailored, the bust area was too big , but overal was a nice dress.

I had to exchange the dress for a smaller size. I ordered it one size up to make sure it fit, being a formal dress. They were fast and prompt in sending the first dress and in mailing the replacement. I would gladly order from them again.

The dress came when promised. Needed steamed to iron out wrinkles from shipping, otherwise beautiful dress. Was sized larger than manufacturers size chart.

5 Stars I hate bras, but love Spanx Hide & Sleek Camisole!
I purchased a black one and a white one. I wear one or the other just about everyday. I simply rinse the one I wore in the bathroom sink and hang it to dry in the shower. It’s easy wear and care.

However, at times I would want the length to be a little longer.

This product really smoothes the back and sides and tummy area. If it does not do that for you then you purchased the wrong size. This camisole is especially great when you wear knits. There are no lumps or bumps or lines across your back and sides. Slims the tummy area. Wonderful!

1 Star Does nothing for your side or back
This product slightly pushes in the belly area, but does nothing for the sides or back (the back pannel is very thin). The bust area is pushed in more than I would like.
