she should follow her heart and go for it. its good to value others opinions, but she has to live her life for her, not her mother.

  • coloravon:

@Nanadsyl I agree, I am a nurse, and most of us do work long hours and would love to have my makeup done, or for someone to show me short cuts on what to do.

  • Nanadsyl:

Instead of quitting her job maybe she could cut her hours and then do makeovers for her nurse friends on her off days. She could save her money and eventually do it fulltime as a profession. As a nurse myself we get burned out and nurses have money to spend on makeup and makeovers. Most nurses don’t take the time for makeup so this would be a good business. Good luck with her decision.

  • BritneyDigitalLive:

I can definitely relate to this. I’m graduating high school and want to become a hairdresser but my parents are looking down on it because they are workaholics…

  • sharmika04:

I think she should go for it. She has a get career already that she is not happy with. I think she start off part time in the make up feild and if everything goes according to plan she can take flight. I am so happy for her because I know she can do this I can feel. Please go ahead and fly.

  • REDD903:

I agree with following your dreams. At the same time use your head. To make money being a make-up artist you have to build your clients up. What I would do is work as a nurse save up as much money as I can. Do make up on the side that is more money. When I feel that I am comfortable with my finances Then I would work prn as a nurse doing more make-up. Do no tjump head first into it. Keep God first and pray fro guidness. Always keep God first

  • bkawiseone:

Sorry, but in this day and age that we livin in hunny u better follow that money! Save the make-up for ur next lifetime, lol!

  • bsmith589:

I think you should follow your own dreams of what you want to do in life and not what other people expect of you because in the end only you have to live with that decision and you want to live with no regrets .

  • inari0:

In same situation as “Linda” your so right she should go for her dream and do what she wants to do and what makes her happy, nothing is worse than going to a job that you do no like everyday.

  • mpenny226:

Glad that you feel better Sis. Ibuprophen like Motrin or Advil always works better if your back is flared up. Linda looks great. The outfit and earrings are cute too. Yellow looks good on you. Girl it’s hard to wear that body magic everyday. You gave some real good advice. i understand how she feels. Go for it. I let folks talked me out of following my dreams. Life is short. Be happy.

  • VaisaNacia:

You look gorgeous! If she can live off Make up Artist money then go for it. I think she can be a make up artist AND something else that makes a lot of money :).
